Experience an exclusive 3-hour private session designed for 10-20 participants, dedicated to delving into the theory and science underlying distillation. Explore topics ranging from raw materials and cask selection to the role of yeast and water in whisky production. This session showcases non-commercially available whisky, fermented using a diverse array of yeasts isolated from Scandinavian nature by Dr. Claus Rosensparre.
The malt iodine starch test enzyme activity experiment is estimated to require approximately one hour to complete. Throughout the session, participants will engage in discussions, tastings, math, and learn how to operate additional measurement equipment. Ample opportunities to ask questions and deepen understanding are encouraged during the lectures.
